Archie and the Philippines

During the Easter holidays I went to the Philippines with Archie and his family. We had lots of fun on the beach, at the pool, going to the restaurant and we even got to meet a friendly crab.

We had a fabulous holiday and I loved playing in the sun sea and sand. Thank you Archie and your family for taking me on such a lovely trip.

Ruby and Family in Hong Kong

I went to spend a few days with Ruby. I felt extra lucky, because I also got to meet her gorgeous new baby brother Frankie and her Nana and Grandad who were here for a holiday.

On the first day of my visit, Ruby and I got picked up from school and went straight up The Peak! It was lovely to see the night time view, but Ruby's daddy didn't do too well with the photo of that one!

After the sightseeing and photos, we had a lovely meal at Bubba Gumps. I enjoyed colouring with Ruby while we waited for our food.

After dinner, me and Ruby had fun pretending to drive an old tram.

The next day was a public holiday, so instead of going to school, we had a day out in Stanley. We enjoyed shopping in the markets and walking along the sea front.

There was lots of unusual art work along the promenade. I really liked this one made from plastic water bottles and blue water... Ruby said she would like to make one of these at school.

On my final evening with the Moriarty's I felt brave enough to help with Frankie's bedtime routine! I helped Ruby to give him his bath, which he really enjoyed. Then I helped to dress him in his pyjamas. It was tricky dressing such a tiny baby!

After bath time, it was time for precious cuddles on the couch.

And once Frankie was in bed, time for a well earned story with Ruby's daddy.

I really enjoyed my time with Ruby and her family. I hope I can visit them again in the future and see how Frankie has grown and changed.

Fun with Noah

I had a lovely relaxing weekend with Noah in Discovery Bay. He took me for my first haircut! Noah was very gentle with the big scissors. I also went with Noah for a check up at the doctors. The doctor said I am healthy, it must be all those vegetables I munch on! Then Noah took me to the bookshop and we found a book about my friend the Gingerbread Man. Noah read the book to me and I joined in with the bits I know. Run, run as fast as you can, you can't catch me, I'm the Gingerbread Man! Thank you for looking after me Noah, I had a lovely time.

Gymnastics with Mitchell

On the weekend of 17 January 2014, Arnaldo took part in his first gymnastics class. Mitchell was so thrilled to show Arnaldo the ropes! We first buckled him into his car seat to safely travel back to Mitchell's house. On Saturday morning he and Mitch took the ferry and a taxi to Aberdeen to the Canadian international school. To his delight, Arnaldo, was welcome to try the bars and the beam. He also enjoyed watching Mitchell and his new team mates turn forward and backward roll, running and vaulting and swinging on the high bars. What fun!!!
